But spring is here, and we have the windows open, and today we're going to the zoo.
I need to try to get published. I miss Oxford, and England. I want to go back (which feels like masochism, but England is so beautiful :c)).

I just realized that all those sentences sort of rhymed. Hey, it's the crazy end of the semester, but maybe in May we could do a sort of article-for-journal-publication workshop together? That might be super fun and productive.

mmm... I've been feeling like I need to get serious about publishing things. I feel pressure to pad my resume, as though something is not fully written unless its good enough to be published. But it still makes me feel very scared and vulnerable to think about sending my poems anywhere.
Can I be a part of the workshop? :)
Hey Brandi! I was thinking of you yesterday as I sat down and talked with a visiting lecturer at Westminster (he's finished/finishing his Ph.D. at Oxford and doing post-grad work at Harvard) about grad school programs in the U.K. I realized again that I miss England, and I miss you guys.
And I definitely think that you should present a paper at a conference somwhere around, say, San Diego :o)
